Seeds in general – but specifically Pumpkin, Sunflower, Flax, Hemp, and Sesame

These serve many of the same benefits as nuts, and add a little variety of diet.


Pumpkin seeds are great for sexual health, especially for the prostate. It is especially beneficial to men over 50 who may be suffering or at risk for the prostate problem BPH. In addition to the good Omega-3 fats found in pumpkin seeds, they also contain zinc, one of the most important minerals to the male’s sexual health.


Sunflower seeds have good fat, specifically polyunsaturated oil. The good fats in your body can help decrease your amount of the bad fats and increase circulation, from the heart to all around the body including the genitals. Sunflower seeds are good for lowering cholesterol. They also have a lot of vitamin E which helps the immune system.

All of these other listed seeds are also good for the heart, both improving circulation and lowering cholesterol.

Sesame seeds are good with your liver which helps produce male testosterone.
