However, too many oils or fats will make you gain wait and possibly slow down your circulatory system and sexual functioning. It is a better health choice to consume olive oil over butter and other butter animal fat byproducts. While moderate amounts of butter in your diet is not unhealthy, you may stand to experience possible sexual (and health) gain if you do substituting olive oil for butter whenever you can. Butter contains the animal fats and cholesterol which are bad for you. Olive oil contains sources of the ‘good’ kind of fats, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, especially Omega-6 fats. These fats are broken down in the liver and are very important to testosterone and estrogen production, which are tied directly to fueling you sex drive. |
