![]() Nuts – specifically almonds, walnuts, or pine nuts Nuts are one of those things where they don’t directly affect the functioning or your penis or sexual organs, but they are really great for your heart, just about every way you think about it. Nuts have the good fats (Omega-3 fats) in them which have been known to lower the bad cholesterol in your body. Less cholesterol means better heart performance and improved flow of blood to your penis, sex organs, and the rest of your body. Nuts contain other heart healthy nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and folic acid. Zinc is supposed to be especially good at increasing male fertility and sperm strength, and semen composition contains a lot of zinc. Peanut butter (like a peanut better and jelly or banana sandwich) is a practical nutty food that will be great for your sexual health. Another interesting thing about nuts is that they are good ‘brain food’ and can really help get the mental side of sex going better. A mineral called boron in the nuts increases electrical activity in the brain. |
