Nuts are one of those things where they don’t directly affect the functioning or your penis or sexual organs, but they are really great for your heart, just about every way you think about it.

Nuts have the good fats (Omega-3 fats) in them which have been known to lower the bad cholesterol in your body. Less cholesterol means better heart performance and improved flow of blood to your penis, sex organs, and the rest of your body.

Nuts contain other heart healthy nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and folic acid. Zinc is supposed to be especially good at increasing male fertility and sperm strength, and semen composition contains a lot of zinc.
