Fruits (in general) Fruits are all around good for your sexual health. Not only do they contain fiber which helps with your digestion, but they also contain antioxidants. Antioxidants can have a stimulating, arousing affect on the mind. Fruits more commonly have aphrodisiac properties over vegetables. Fruits that are particularly good for sexual health from a nutritional standpoint include bananas, figs, and strawberries. |
